The fully integrated, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Tada, Andhra Pradesh was inaugurated by then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Late. Mr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy along with prominent dignitaries in March, 2008 to produce 1.5 MW wind electric generators.
Scaling up of this production facility is an on-going process since inception to meet the ever increasing market demand. From a humble beginning of 25MW during the first year of operations, the facility now has the augmented capacity of 750MW per annum.
The facility is ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified and is manufacturing wind electric generators of international quality standards. The facility is an ultra-clean environment with energy conservation and employees’ safety as primary focus. The facility has very large scale Generator manufacturing facility, an integrated R&D, ultra-modern Converter manufacturing facility and houses a full-fledged Training Centre.
Rajasthan
The fully integrated, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Udaipur, Rajasthan was started in January, 2013 to produce 1.5 MW wind electric generators. Production facility at Udaipur is having state of the art Vacuum Process Impregnation & Baking Ovens for the manufacturing of wind turbine generators.
Scaling up of this production facility is an on-going process since inception to meet the ever increasing market demand. From a humble beginning of 30 MW during the first year of operations, the facility now has the augmented capacity of 300 MW per annum.
The facility is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified and is manufacturing wind electric generators of international quality standards. The facility is an ultra-clean environment with energy conservation and employees’ safety as primary focus. The facility has very large scale Generator manufacturing facility, Tower fabrication facility & Converter manufacturing facility.
We manufacture the hub,nacelle, generator, convertor system and electrical systems at our own manufacturing facility at Tada, Andhra Pradesh. We source the other components from experienced suppliers who manufacture high-quality components and have a wide network of production facilities across the globe.
